Frequently Asked Questions
Idle Time is the period where the photo booth is set up, but not actively in operation.
Yes! We will need access to your venues Wi-Fi. We will also need access to outlets and power supply.
Photo Booth must be setup AT LEAST one hour before event.
For safety purposes, we ask that the Photo Booth be set up in a space minimum of 8ft x 8ft. This allows guests plenty of foot space and space for print outs.
Yes...
If Photo Booth is placed outside, we ask that it is protected from the elements (wind, rain, sun, heat) in a covered spot. Photo Booth cannot be outside in temperatures below 50 and higher than 85.
If the events location is farther than 30 miles from our location, there is a $1/mile round trip fee.
